Before proceeding with the online entry process, please print these instructions, printer friendly version, and visit our website at http://www.sdfair.com/entry/. Download, print and read all materials for the department(s) you are entering. For further assistance, contact the Entry Office at (858) 755-1161 x4207.
Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity so “save the cart” if you plan on leaving the machine for more than 20 minutes.

Important!!
1. Choose “Quick Group” ONLY if you will be submitting entries for multiple family members or multiple exhibitors, otherwise choose “Exhibitor” from the Login menu.
2. Create a password using letters and/or numbers (Max 11 characters). Letters ARE case sensitive. Hint: Keep it short and simple and write down your password for future reference.
3. Bold fields are required information fields. Phone numbers are 10 digits without parenthesis or dashes, i.e. 8582717622. Dates will be entered as mm/dd/yyyy, i.e. 09/15/1954.
4. Payment by credit cards ONLY (MC, VISA, Discover, AM EX) required at time of entry.
5. After completing your entry on-line, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do NOT receive a confirmation, your entry was NOT completed/received. Please contact the Entry office at entry@sdfair.com with any questions or concerns.

Design In Wood:
Remember to submit the picture(s) of your entry at the time of registration online.
-Enter dimensions (inches) and type of wood in the “Dimensions” field.
-Select yes or no from the "For Sale?" drop-down list.
-If for Sale, enter the selling price in the “Sale Price” field. Do NOT use the dollar sign.
-Select "Yes" or "No" from the SDFWA drop down list and/or "Yes" or "No" from the SDSSC drop down list.
Gems and Minerals:
Remember to indicate the size of your display (LxWxH) in the “Dimensions” field.
Exhibition of Fine Art:
A MAXIMUM OF TWO WORKS PER CLASS MAY BE SUBMITTED PER ENTRANT
Division 1002 (3 Dimensional): Artwork shall be no more than 6 feet (72 inches) tall and 5 feet (60 inches) wide or deep. Artwork must be original, one of a kind. Other 3-D not listed (Class 24) may include bas relief that is viewed primarily from one side. Digital Images are only needed for 3-D Art Work.
Judging will be done initially by digital photographs. The images should give the whole impression of the artwork, including a close-up of important features such as surface texture or color, and showing any unique aspect.
Note: Please upload at least (3) images separately of your artwork for Division 1002 of each class entered. This will give the judges the best views of your work.
Three Dimensional Only: After the entry registration you will be prompted to upload your file for each 3-D art work. The resolution should be 300 DPI with a maximum of 1200 pixels on the longer side, in either TIFF or JPEG format.
Exhibition of Photography:
IMPORTANT!! – Please enter a meaningful and unique description of your photo(s) as it will help you in the uploading step to identify what order to upload your image(s). Uploaded images should be in .JPG format, and no larger than 6MB in size.
Remember:
- Select yes or no from the "For Sale?" drop-down list.
- If for Sale, enter the selling price in the “Sale Price” field. Do NOT use the dollar sign.
